Troubleshooting

When something does not behave.

• The page looks old or my change is missing

  Reload the page. Browsers and phones hold on to an older copy longer than you would expect.

• A photo will not upload

  Check the connection first, then the file: very large images and unusual formats are the common causes.

• I did not get an email

  Look in spam, check that the category is switched on in Profile, and make sure you have not unsubscribed earlier.

• Reaching a human

  Write to hello@elferlog.com, or open Ideas & bugs — reports there are read and answered.

• Asking the help assistant

  Ask Elferlog answers from these help pages. If it cannot find an answer it says so rather than guessing.
