The record score out of 132, and how it rises.

• What the Elferlog certification is

  A score of how completely a car is documented: a tier name, such as Exemplary log, and points out of 132.

• The six tiers

  Each level asks for more of the picture: more history, more of it evidenced, and the gaps explained.

• The eight things that are scored

  Coverage of the car's life, service continuity, documents attached, fluids, wear items, photographs, ownership history and modifications.

• Why my score changed

  The score is recalculated when the car's data changes: new entries raise it, and deleted entries or growing gaps can lower it.
