What the Elferlog certification is
A score of how completely a car is documented: a tier name, such as Exemplary log, and points out of 132.
It measures documentation completeness, not mechanical condition, and it is not an independent inspection. A well-kept car with no paperwork starts at the bottom, and it climbs as you add what you have.
Certification starts with your first entry, so every car that is being logged shows progress from day one.
